Rates

Attention New Clients!

Give us a try, and the first hour is just $50.  If you are not completely satisfied with our work, then you'll pay nothing. (Conditions apply.  See below for details.)
 

Our standard on-site rate is $100 per hour. 

We also offer a discounted rate of $90 per hour if payment method is cash, due to the lack of processing fees normally associated with credit cards. 
 

Payment Methods 

While our preferred method of payment is Cash (our rate is discounted for cash payments), we also accept Cheques, as well as all major credit cards when used to make your payment through PayPal (secure payment processing online). 
 

Additional Information 

There is a minimum 1-hour charge for any on-site visit.  After the first hour, we operate on increments of 15-minutes (or portion).

If your location is within 15km (we are headquartered at 55 Bay Street in Esquimalt), then your billed time begins when the technician arrives on-site, and ends when the technician leaves.

For locations outside the 15km radius, billed time begins 20 minutes after the technician leaves for your site, or when he arrives, whichever happens first.

 


Refund policy:

If unsatisfied with our work, please tell your technician to give us a chance to make it right.  If we are unable to make it right to your satisfaction, we will waive the charges for the first hour.  Visits longer than one hour will have the first hour waived, however additional time will still be billed in 15-minute increments as explained above. 

YourTechnicalSupport.ca reserves the right to refuse refund for unsatisfactory outcomes that are beyond the control of the technician (examples include: requests to complete tasks deemed impossible; requests to carry out actions even after the technician has cautioned that those actions may harm your data or hardware; unpredictable hardware failures leading to unwanted outcomes; and any other results similarly outside the reasonable control of the technician). 

Note that an inability to complete a repair or task as a result of missing or improper software or hardware is NOT a basis for refund for a technician's time on site.  We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that any foreseeables are foreseen, but sometimes things don't always go according to plan.  We hate that, too!
